The next columns show experimental results for the real-time RT-PCR reactions performed on six different organs of Medicago in three indipendent biological replicates, as explained in the manuscript. CT = not normalized CT value, ΔCT = CT value normalized against the geometric mean of 4 house keeping genes; ΔΔCT = power(PCReff;-ΔCT); log2 ΔΔCT = logarithmus of ΔCT.
